What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities

Track project progress and document project actions, issues, decisions and escalation.
Co-ordinate with different verticals to ensure submission of updated project plans and prepare various MIS reports for top management.
Cross functional co-ordination across all regions and business verticals.
Monitor both scheduled and unscheduled reviews to completion. Resolve scheduling and resource conflicts.
Help in business presentations and tie up with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist AVP with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions.
Assist in aligning organizational technology strategy with overall business strategy and oversee development of key initiatives.
Develop, implement and monitor strategic plans and assess company performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech plus MBA with 5-6 years of work experience.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders, demonstrating maturity and professionalism.
Project management (especially in RIGs manufacturing) / Strategy consulting/ corporate strategy experience would be preferred, although not essential.
Ability to work with data and deadlines and in a fast paced, demanding environment.

Note: MBA from B. Schools is preferable
