FV-H DUTIES:
Project status reporting, project planning, business planning, tactical delivery, developing metrics for project tracking, interfacing with senior Project/Program Managers for direction and programmatic updates. This position provides project management for routine activities under the direction of senior project/program managers.
Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and accomplish assignments. Responsible for the development, preparation, and management of project deliverables secured through utilizing Project Management competencies. Assists in defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables; plans project activity, tasks, milestones, reviews financial expenditures, applies analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies and objectives. Coordinates resources and helps determine performance or success measures. Coordinates regularly with Services Managers or Senior Project/Program Managers to communicate status of operational goals. Serves as liaison between technical specialists, program analysts, other Integrated Process Team (IPT) members, and Services Management, presenting issues in clear and well understood terms.
Provides continuous monitoring and communications regarding project status with regard to delivery schedule, performance, and financial requirements of written agreements. Responsible for accurate milestone and financial tracking for assigned projects.
Applies basic project management principles for Product Services Group programs, utilizing commercial software tools for management and reporting. Coordinates the various elements of projects including overall coordination of project plan development, project plan execution, and change control. May serve as the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for contracts and provide guidance and direction toward completion of contract deliverables.
FV-I DUTIES:
Management of Technical Operations On-Site Programs, Unmanned Infrastructure Programs, Services Special Projects, and Interagency Programs, which may also include elements for program/project status reporting modules, budget/business planning, strategic planning, tactical delivery, and reporting to monitor and ensure the health and success of projects/programs. This position provides program/project management leadership for complex and longterm activities under the minimal direction of a manager.
Responsible for the development, preparation and maintenance of project deliverables utilizing Project Management (e.g. CAPM, PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP) or project/program management competencies secured through other organizations and/or agencies (i.e., FAA P/PM, DAWIA). Assists in defining project scope, requirements and deliverables; plans project activity, tasks, milestones, reviews financial expenditures, analytical ability, judgment, discretion and knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies and objectives.
Provides continuous monitoring and communications regarding programs and projects status with regards to delivery to schedule, performance, and financial requirements of written agreements. Responsible for accurate milestone and financial tracking for assigned projects. Applies experience and comprehensive program management knowledge and principles to all aspects of the assigned project(s), as well as functional policies and procedures. and a detailed quantitative and qualitative understanding of the customer's required outcome.
This position requires involvement with and access to law enforcement sensitive materials involving Customs and Border Protection Law Enforcement systems, projects, programs, files, drawing and data. The applicant will be required to successfully complete a high risk security level clearance (i.e. Background Investigation).

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: includes experience performing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques with a variety of scopes and magnitude. Experience using continuous monitoring and communication techniques with work projects and work activities; experience using and/or recommending different approaches to achieve project objectives. Experience working and communicating with internal and external contacts.
In addition to the Minimum Qualifications, the following has been determined to be a Quality Ranking Factor for this position. This means well qualified candidates will have demonstrated the following:

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: includes experience with a broad range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques specifically to accomplish projects in a variety of scopes and magnitude. Experience monitoring budget and schedules, along with communication techniques to ensure project status is within the parameters of the agreement. Experience working with both internal and external teams and maintaining professional relationships.
In addition to the Minimum Qualifications, the following has been determined to be a Quality Ranking Factor for this position. This means well qualified candidates will have demonstrated the following:
