What does Hybrid mean at Hinge Health?
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Some roles which require a greater degree of day-to-day collaboration will benefit from more in-person opportunities. That’s why we are encouraging employees near hubs to have in-person engagement and why we plan to localize our hiring strategy for certain teams to grow within designated hubs. About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Additionally, you will be required to possess export compliance knowledge to ensure adherence to international trade regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, transportation, and 3PL warehousing, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall logistics performance while maintaining export compliance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using logistics software and tools, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of export compliance, international trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements.
    • Experience with NetSuite ERP system preferred.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Microsoft Excel, G Suite, Tableau, Mode, or other similar software.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Analyze and evaluate logistics data, including transportation costs, inventory levels, and order fulfillment metrics.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency while ensuring export compliance.
    • Develop and maintain logistics models and tools to support data-driven decision making.
    • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement logistics strategies and initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and customs requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure export compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Identify and resolve logistics-related issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics, supply chain management, and export compliance.

$96,000 - $144,000 a year
Consider the range above plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
