We are looking for a Head of Talent to lead our global hiring efforts. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and currently manages 5 direct reports. In this role, you will drive our recruitment strategy and partner with senior business leaders, Total Rewards, and HR, working collaboratively to ensure alignment and execution. We believe our teams should be as diverse as our customers and will look to you to help build and drive inclusive hiring practices. This role can be located in either San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL. At Front, we value the opportunity to to be in person and work with one another. Like a majority of our People roles, this role will be a hybrid one - working in the office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) with flexibility to work from home or elsewhere the remainder of the week.
The US-SF base hiring range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $220,000 USD. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. At Front, we take a market based approach to pay. In addition to cash compensation (which includes base salary and, where applicable, may include commissions or overtime pay), Fronteers are eligible to receive equity in the company. Zone 3: $150,000 - $190,000 USD
