To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level, you must meet one of the following requirements:SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-9) in the Federal Service that has given you the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of a Program Analyst and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience includes experience in the improvement of health care quality, efficiency, and effectiveness through the integration of clinical and information processes; comprehensive knowledge in the use of clinical software packages; experience collecting, analyzing data and interpreting the results; and completing reports utilizing multiple programs and data sources, including Power BI, Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), Structured Query Language (SQL) and Business information Services Library (BISL). NOTE: our experience must be fully documented in your resume and must include job title, duties, month and year start/end dates AND hours worked per week.
~OR~SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, from an accredited college or university. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the Program Analyst position. ~OR~COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED): Equivalent combination of successfully completed graduate level education (beyond the second year) and specialized experience, as described above, which may be used to meet total experience requirements for this grade level. The education portion must include graduate courses that demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the Program Analyst position and must have been obtained in an accredited college or university. IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates.
