About this role:

Wells Fargo is searching for an innovative, results-oriented Digital Business Growth Strategy Leader (Business Execution Director) for the Merchant Services organization.

Reporting to the Head of Growth & Customer Engagement for Merchant Services, this senior role leads the team that will re-define and deliver our approach to driving new account growth through the digital channel.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute the multi-year strategy to drive step change in new account growth through the digital channel
  • Transform public website page content and the overall Merchant Services customer digital "Shop" experience
  • Own the budget and approach to driving account growth via digital paid media, including social
  • Consult with product partners on digital application capabilities required to meet business growth objectives
  • Define and continually refine KPIs; develop related reporting/dashboards

Required Qualifications, US:
  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success leading impactful digital business growth initiatives, preferably with a business-to-business orientation
  • Expertise with digital marketing disciplines, including digital paid media and social media
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, including experience leveraging data analysis for framing business strategy options, developing business cases, and defining/measuring KPIs
  • Ability to transform ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined strategic concepts and action plans
  • Previous experience launching or enhancing marketing capabilities, products, or platforms within an agile framework
  • Ability to own and document processes, identify risk factors, and ensure enactment of appropriate controls
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to "get into the weeds"
  • Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment
  • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate at all internal organizational levels to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the payments and/or financial services industry
  • MBA or other Master's degree
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00 Annual
