Builds, maintains & manages a defined portfolio of client relationships, helping them to grow or improve their Business. Delivers an excellent client experience, whilst identifying opportunities to help meet their stated & unstated needs, being an expert user of colleague tools to drive added value to the client. Helps Britain Prosper, spending the majority of time with existing clients (allowing time for preparation and follow up) and delivers fair outcomes. Our Mid Corporate Business sits within the Business and Commercial Banking arm and looks after clients turning over between £25m to £100m. We' re currently looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to join us to support both the Relationship Manager and Relationship Director offer the funding, support and services to their clients in order to help them manage and grow their business.

Essential Skills
Passion For customer Service The role is built on a real desire for putting customers first and if you share this and recognize the importance of making a difference together, look no further. The client is at the heart of all we do and you'll be expected to deliver excellent service.
Identify Client Solutions a key aspect of the role will be to lead and grow deposits and suggest new products and services whilst also making sure credit reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner so that the facilities we hold for our clients are appropriate.
Communication Skills Both written and verbal will be important as you'll prepare and provide up to date information on customer relationships to enable the RM and RD to meet customer requirements and business objectives. You'll also regularly attend and lead client meetings in partnership with our product partners and being able to establish trust and relationships is important.
Collaboration you'll work closely with many departments in the Bank ranging from Group Transformation, Online Banking service teams, Product partners etc giving you an insight of other opportunities that exist and also improve client experience.

A proactive approach and desire to (re)learn, you'll also be willing to challenge the ways of working and how they could transform how we interact with our customers and colleagues.
We'll provide training to the applicant with the right skills and attitude if you do not currently hold the technical knowledge, but you'll be encouraged to take initiative to seek support and learn from your peers.
Finally, you'll have a collaborative and positive style – cultivating a team culture built on personal growth, respect and recognition, which supports and celebrates the input and contributions made by everyone
