Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to join our shared services team.
The successful candidate will drive the Trust's HR strategy, provide operational support to member and prospective schools and oversee the effective running of the HR team and service.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience of working as part of a busy HR Team and knowledge of relevant legislation and HR good practice. Candidates must be CIPD qualified or have excellent experience in a managerial HR role
To be our Human Resources Manager you will:
- Be qualified to CIPD level 7 or equivalent
- Possess up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Have experience of managing complex employee relations cases
- Be proactive, creative and committed to supporting a growing organisation
