We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, managing the office supplies, and providing general customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Microsoft Word proficient
- Microsft Outlook proficient
- Can handle working under pressure and in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Organise and maintain records in an efficient manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£11.25 per hour
