What you’ll do
As the Diversity & Inclusion Lead (Gender Equality) you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategies for our Inclusion For All and Diversity and Inclusion Agenda, with a particular focus on Gender Equality. You will also lead on one of the following intersectional strategic pillars to ensure that we are taking a joined-up approach to D&I:

Key accountabilities include:
Roadmap Definition: Work with stakeholders to define priorities and the roadmap in line with the broader strategy and strategic pillars.-
Stakeholder Alignment: Develop a detailed project plan including key deliverables and timelines, and ensure alignment and engagement with key stakeholders.

Driving Collaboration: Work with broader business and HR to deliver on actions, project manage deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Project Management: Proactively communicate progress being made on projects to key stakeholders highlighting key milestones and risks to ensure effective project delivery.

Strategic Planning: Partnering with cross functional teams to develop cohesive annual plans for the Education and Awareness strategic pillar that takes an intersectional and end to end view.
