**Job Purpose:**
As a Customer Partner, you will play a vital role in setting up new claims and ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the claims process. Your exceptional administrative skills and customer-focused approach will be instrumental in exceeding customer and client expectations. By owning the entire claims journey, you will drive satisfaction, build trust, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the central inbox on a rotational basis, ensuring timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
- Set up new claims on IPIPES, our claims management system, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Contact policy holders to gather essential information using our triage questions.
- Schedule visits with policy holders and coordinate appointments with our drainage engineers, adhering to corporate service level agreements.
- Take ownership of each claim, ensuring it is managed proactively and efficiently until completion.
- Produce and send correspondence to all parties involved in the claim.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for engineering visits, guaranteeing smooth logistics.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Occasionally process stationary orders to maintain a well-equipped office environment.
- Keep track of work progress and meticulously update information in our drainage claims management system.
- Adhere to the IGUS philosophy, standards, service levels, and complaints procedure.
**Skills Required:**
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office suite.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

**Knowledge Required:**
- Experience in handling customer service interactions, providing exceptional service.
- Familiarity with data protection legislation and its application in a professional setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of insurance industry practices (preferred).
- Understanding of drainage systems and related processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in diary management and coordination.
- Geographical knowledge to facilitate efficient scheduling and logistics.
**Qualifications:**
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
- High School diploma or equivalent educational level.
**Experience Level:**
Entry-level or relevant professional experience.
