Since 2005 we have pioneered the use of light & pixel technology to develop magical & measurable shared experiences for the world’s largest retailers, brands and entertainment venues. Our epic, immersive artworks offer the unique opportunity for physical and digital interaction together creating unforgettable memories and building hugely valuable, long-lasting emotional connections with people.
We typically produce 30 projects a year and are currently work for LEGO, Nissan, Dyson, Expo2020. We are soon to announcing our official partnership with Outernet London alongside Ridley Scott, The Mill and MPC.
Our headquarters are in London and we operate globally, with a regional office in Dubai. We’re unique in how we bring together creative, technology and production under one roof. Role Summary
We take great pride in our brand new office located in Farringdon and are excited to bring on board an Office Assistant to help us create an outstanding office experience for our visitors and employees. As our first Office Assistant, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to think creatively, solve problems and work on initiatives to make the office a great place to visit and work from. This role will report to our Senior Talent & Culture Manager, and will be office based 5 days per week.
Job Description
Creating a 5* office experience for visitors:
· Welcoming guests, ensuring they have a great experience from the moment they arrive
· Providing visitors with refreshments
· Maintaining the tidiness of the entrance & common areas of the office
· Refreshing meeting rooms, when required.
Maintaining a welcoming environment for employees:
· Ordering for the office – breakfast, food treats, stationary and other general office purchasing
· Welcoming new starters & freelancers, managing the desk plan for freelancers & guests
· Answering the doors & signing for parcels, moving them to an out of sight location
· Responsible for shipping & tracking parcels sent from the office
· Managing all supplier contract
· Alongside the Senior Talent & Culture Manager, contributing to the Heath & Safety process, supporting with the annual review & coordinating and training the health & Safety training
· Helping set up for company meetings, organising lunch & coordinating on the day
· Answering the phone when others are on calls.
Supporting with other office/culture responsibilities:
· Play a key role in the social committee, creating & delivering a calendar of events, awareness days and holidays, and suggesting ideas for communications and activities around them
· Support with the Managing Director’s expenses.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
