Sales Administrator

The Role
This position ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the Director by carrying out office support duties. This role is required to present and maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to our visitors, connections and clients in person, online, and via telephone.
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are a must for this position.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Raising Finance Proposals
- Preparing Finance Documents
- Organising agents to meet with clients to sign paperwork
- Keeping up to date and accurate CRM records
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Raising Invoices
- Assisting the Sales Team with day to day administrative tasks
The ideal candidate:
- Keen eye for detail
- Basic mathematical knowledge
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Organised
- Good Time management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
