The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic team player to join us at Ink as part of the Advertising Operations team in our London office. This exciting role will also include working for our Miami projects, so flexible hours are available. A typical shift would be 8 hours between 10am - 10pm.
There are three key areas that the Ad Operations Controller will be involved in. Working on Ad copy management on our print titles, managing campaigns on our TAD and Digital platforms, and supporting on Campaign management for the ReachTV network and Airport/Inflight wi-fi platforms.
On Ad copy management on our print titles, the successful candidate responsibilities will include:
· Chasing advertisers for Ad Print Copy
· Pre-flighting files to ensure suitable for print
· Flatplan management
· Uploading and approving files for printing
· Keeping all sales records up to date.
On managing campaigns on our TAD and Digital platforms, the successful candidate responsibilities will include:
· Chasing advertisers for digital Ad Copy
· Pre-flighting files to ensure suitable for the various platforms
· Managing campaigns on our inhouse systems to ensure campaigns deliver in full.
· Reporting
· Keeping all sales records up to date
The Ad Operations Controller plays a supporting role in the management of the Ad Campaigns that run on the ReachTV network and the Airport/Inflight wi-fi platforms. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· Processing & Pre-flighting client video assets to ensure they adhere to the channel requirements.
· Managing the upload and onboarding of campaign assets against clear campaign requirements and goals.
· Keeping all sales records up to date.
· Monitoring campaign performance to ensure targets are hit and reporting back to internal stake holders on performance.
· Handle Campaigns running on various TV platforms and ensuring all targets are achieved.
· Request Airchecks and Proof of Plays.

Required skills:
· Proficient in Premiere Pro and the Adobe Suite
· Proficient working on CRM systems and estimating and reporting through these systems
· Print knowledge
· Experience using Google Ad Manager
· Strong Excel knowledge
· Experience of report writing, and End of Campaign wrap up documents
· Strong communicator & Team Player
· Able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
· Able to multitask
Desirable skills:
· Experience using Salesforce desirable
