Job Title: Lead Project Professional - Delivery
Location: Barrow- We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, for this particular role 2 days on site a week is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:
- You will identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project and apply appropriate PM methods and tools whether predictive or adaptive approaches
- Prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and track activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate
- Consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
- Support and promote the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation

The Nuclear Safety & Security Project Team:
This is a unique opportunity to work in a new role with the Nuclear Safety and Security Project Team. You will support delivery of the Sector Security Improvement Plan (SIP) by ensuring the consistent application of appropriate project management approaches for all SIP work streams. You will be required to coordinate regular reporting on delivery of the SIP to all stakeholders, including customer and sector representatives, and operate as the principal interface between the Submarines Business Unit and the Maritime and Land SIP Project Manager.
