What you will be doing
Reporting to the CEO, this is a varied role responsible for supporting the business in all people related matters. You will be the cultural ambassador for the business, ensuring that company values are understood by all, you will lead our people’s development through proactive learning and development initiatives and support delivery of key projects.
You will provide a professional generalist HR service including recruitment, employee relations, change management, reporting, payroll, benefits and administration. You will ensure the Company’s policies and procedures are in line with legislation and support business objectives and oversee the pay and benefits operation for the Company.

Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a strong CIPD qualified HR generalist with a good blend of both operational and strategic HR including prior experience at a senior level within a medium sized organisation. You will be highly proficient with IT including HR systems and have comprehensive knowledge of employment rights, legislation and best practice, experience of change management and familiarity with payroll processes and pension arrangements. Prior experience of supporting cultural change and implementing HR systems would be advantageous.
You will be a self-motivated team player with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage your own workload to meet deadlines in a changing fast paced environment. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of building successful relationships at all levels within the business as well as the wider ASM team and other senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate must be willing to commute to Olympia London in W14, we operate an agile working model in which an average of three days per week is expected to be worked at the venue with two days remote. This may vary dependant on business needs.
