Talent Acquisition Partner – Retail
Up to £50,000 plus great benefits including company car (Work Level 6a)
Field-based role covering South UK
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative talent acquisition partner to join Co-op. In this role, you’ll help deliver our talent acquisition and development (TA&D) service and ways of working across our volume recruitment space. You’ll also be an advocate for the TA&D process, helping to make sure that the business gets great value from our service by up-skilling managers and gathering feedback and data to improve our methods of working.
To give you an idea of how this role will look and feel, here are some of the things you can expect to do:
- Make sure our volume recruitment teams have what they need to provide a great service
- Be present amongst field-based colleagues and a range of key partners
- Collaborate with the People team to address issues such as attrition, retention and resource planning
- Deliver recruitment process for senior operational roles
- Gain an understanding of industry best practice and competitor activity
To apply for this role, you’ll need experience within the retail sector. You’ll also require the following:
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders
- Volume recruitment experience
- Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- The ability to use Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and draw out insights
