Job Description

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, relationship-driven National Account Executive to join our team and support Brewgooder’s growth with key National Accounts in the Off Trade. You will be the first point of contact for some of our biggest, most valued customers, and will work closely with the National Account Controller - Off Trade, Sales Director, Finance team, and Operations team to deliver best-in-class customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to our National Account Controller - Off Trade, this role is responsible for delivering first-class customer service and support to our key national accounts.

Customer Service

· Support the sales team in setting up direct relationships with key accounts, taking responsibility for all elements of administration and ways of working with the customer.

· Being the first point of contact for key customers for all elements of customer service.

· Capture and process sales orders in a timely manner.

· Provide Customers with key information and specifications on new products.

· Respond to customer requests and queries in a timely manner.

· Build strong relationships with external contacts at Brewgooder’s national accounts.

Sales Administration

· Ensure customer portals are kept up-to-date and key tasks actioned in a timely manner.

· Ensure month-end orders and invoicing control activities are performed and align with the Finance Team.

· Manage the new customer account setup process – both with the customer and on Brewgooder’s internal systems.

· Manage all master data related to national accounts.

· Manage and monitor customer promotions process.

· Complete new line forms for all customers.

· Manage and monitor Brandbank for all SKUs.

Operations

· Work closely with the Operations team to manage stock levels at key accounts.

· Support the demand planning process, working with the Sales and Operations teams to a) manage production volumes at partner breweries and b) ensure maximum availability and minimal out of stocks.

· Liaise with logistics partners to manage Customer deliveries.

· Build strong relationships with Supply Chain departments of our customers through regular meetings.

· Manage and monitor CHEP process.

Reporting

· Provide regular reports on the performance of key accounts to the Sales Director and Finance Director.

· Regular reporting of KPIs to the wider team – availability, out of stock, etc., using tools such as SKUTrack / Nielsen Data / Hive.

· Provide administrative support on customer financing tools to the Finance Director.

· Support the marketing team with sourcing and analysing key data (category and sales performance) related to National Accounts.

Sales

· Export - Responsible for a small number of export customers. Ensure all processes are followed depending on export country (duty suspended stock, certificate of origin, documentation etc.).

· Customer responsibility for small number national accounts in the UK Off Trade.

EXPERIENCE

· Sales support / sales operations / national account experience.

· Highly organised.

· Solid customer service experience and skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to build excellent relationships, both internally and externally.

· Experience working in the FMCG sector, preferably within drinks although this is not essential.

· Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
