Job Description

There are 3 posts available, 2 posts are full time, 35 hours per week and are fixed term until 30 November 2023. 1 post is part-time, 28 hours per week and fixed term until 30 November 2023 part time salary £23,787.20 per annum (Incl. LWA)

The positions will be based at each of our campuses (Cavendish, Marylebone and Harrow campus). All positions will be required to work across all our sites. The posts are positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for the majority of the University's student services.
The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams.
