Our range of healthcare services includes: home oxygen therapy, sleep diagnostics, CPAP treatment and adherence management, telehealth through managed telehealth, ventilation therapy, nebuliser therapy and emergency oxygen.
Main duties:
- Process picking of direct to patient orders
- Process picking of Depot Stock transfer orders
- Accepting and checking off goods inwards
- Processing and filing of Goods receipts and delivery notes
- Booking courier shipments for tracked orders
- Booking Pallet network shipments to depots
- Stock put away ensuring stock rotation and assigned locations
- Updating daily equipment count sheet for availability for Ops team
- FLT work (Loading & Unloading vehicles as well as moving stock internally)
- Complete weekly Site conformance checks
- Complete In-depth Monthly conformance checks for the site
- Complete stock line checks and investigate any discrepancies
- Complete weekly cleaning schedule jobs
- Label up new stock and update location plans
- Communicate stock outs to relevant teams
monitor and reorder non-stock items and assets with
- Procurement
- Partake in quarterly stock counts
- Partake in Serialised asset counts
- Involvement in site audits
- Update stock outs board
- Quality checks /Random sampling
- Accurate recording of assets
Experience required:
- Ideally have experience or an interest or in stock management
- Time management and task prioritisation
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Teamwork
- High Housekeeping standards
- Computer literacy
- FLT reach licence desirable
- Knowledge of KANBAN systems advantageous
