Job Description
Primary Care Contracts (PCC) is looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and organised individual to join our friendly administration and clerical teams in either the contracting office based in Eryldon, Caernarfon or Preswylfa Mold.
This is a permanent, challenging and developing role within Primary Care, which will require you to support one of the three Area Teams. The role will provide a range of administrative support to the PCC function, which includes working with GP Practices, Opticians and Community Pharmacies.
Your role will involve supporting the Contracting Officer and Contracting Manager in the commissioning and operational aspects of primary care contracts in the Areas. You will also provide advice and support to primary care contractors and colleagues within PCC and the Area Teams.
This will require good communication skills and it would be advantageous to have an understanding of the regulations and contracts governing the provision of primary care services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
