Ten Live Ltd are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity to join our client, a Global Manufacturing Company based in Aberdeen as an Accounts Assistant.
This role is an immediate start and will be temporary on an ongoing basis.
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours Weekly (Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 with 1 hour lunch)
Salary is negotiable depending on candidates experience.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounts Assistant will provide support to the Finance function in purchase and sales ledger, banking, credit control and ad hoc tasks as required. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and have the ability to work with individuals across multiple departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Credit Control Support
- Processing of Purchase Invoices
- Monthly Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Preparation and Processing of Weekly Payment Runs
- Assisting with Month End Close Processes
- Providing Ad Hoc Support to the Accounting and Reporting Manager
- Other Ad Hoc Tasks and Office Duties as required

- Maintain quality of service by following and enforcing the company quality standards.
- Ensuring that all Sales staff follow required standards.
- Maintain effective personal organizational skills.
- Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.
