Job title: Business Support Manager (FTC)

Salary: c.£30,000 depending on experience
Duration: 9 months Fixed Term Contract
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for Business Support Manager to join our experienced team. This role will provide administrative support to the Head of Facilities Manager function by attending meetings, supporting wider Facilities Management team, raising PO’s and invoices. You will have ownership for the day-to-day responsibilities of below:
- Responsible for the co-ordination and consolidation of the WPS (workplace services) meeting governance pack
- Work closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager and FM Regional Managers, assisting with WPS governance and assurance processes
- Support to RES (Real Estate Solutions) Process Assurance Manager as required
- Act as WPS Quality Assurance Representative (QAR)
- Manage and Coordinate Change Management Process
- Maintain an accurate record of WPS data in hard and soft copy
- Support the wider WPS team with arranging IT equipment/IT accounts/business card requests etc - primarily for new starters
- Issuing PO’s and Invoices
- Support 5 year plan and FMR data and coordinate reviews
Your skills and experiences:
- Familiar with general IFM service lines (Desirable)
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Coaching skills with ability to manage performance issues, lead culture change and motivate people, translate and communicate objectives into results
- Ability to develop strategies resulting from emerging audit corrective action trends / findings
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of seniority
- Experience in raising PO’s and Invoices
