Salary: £50,000+ depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for Regional Facilities Manager to join our experienced team. As the Regional Facilities Manager you will take responsibility for the overall facilities management of our properties within region in Scotland. You will be responsible for, and hold key relationships with the facilities management supply chain.
The Regional Facilities Manager will operate remotely, delivering the WPS Intelligent Client operating model, providing a strategic and holistic approach to the delivery of Facilities Management to the customer, aligned with their business strategies. You will have ownership for the day-to-day responsibilities of below:
- To lead the FM service delivery and maintain the property and services to all customers and stakeholders
- Drive operational excellence
- To effectively manage specialist sub-contractors to ensure overall best value and quality of services.
- Support the development and implementation of Business Continuity (5 year plan owner).
- Establish and maintaining regular interaction with appropriate cross-function departments
- Energy biased – working carbon 0 emissions programme, implementing innovation and initiatives to reduce carbon print to 0 before 2030
- Attend governance/compliance related reviews
Your skills and experiences:
- Experience of general Facilities Management, including Hard & Soft disciplines
- Energy & Utilities awareness
- Robust knowledge of QSHE requirements
- Ability to build and grow relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong supply chain management skills
