Berry Chiswick is looking for a Reception/Host.
Your role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests, you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensuring our exacting showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving BMW customers an excellent first impression.
Your profile
You will have previous proven experience working as a receptionist in a prestigious establishment. You will promote excellent customer service by greeting all customers and contacting the centre professionally and courteously. By following brand guidelines, you will distribute enquiries, passing calls and messages to colleagues in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner.
You will be responsible for entering customer data onto the required system within stated timescales whilst providing ad-hoc administrative support.
