We currently have an amazing opportunity to join G4S to work as a Site Manager across two locations, Chichester and Bognor Regis. This position will to be running the security teams across both sites for an extremely well known car manufacturer in the area. The site requires high-end customer service, whether this be with the customer directly or with any external customer visiting the site. As the security manager, you will be responsible for the teams to be meeting the security needs set by the customer, liaising with the customer and to deliver on the KPI's required.
Your core working hours per week will be 45 hours, working Monday to Friday. It is also essential that you are able to get to, as you will need to be able to get to each site with ease.
Role Responsibilities:

Consistently delivering a high standard of service to the customer and to form close working partnerships, with all departments.
- Assist with the development of the Security Department in line with the Client Business Development.
- To manage the day to day running of both sites, included the Security Teams and Receptionists.
- To carry out emergency response routines, evacuation procedures, building orientations, standard operating procedures and report writing.
- To have full knowledge of the Reception duties.
- Daily briefings to the security teams and customer.
- Ensure all reports and logs are completed accurately by the teams at the end of each shift.
- Liaise with the Team Leaders on site to ensure that all staff are knowledgeable of the standards needing to be met.
- To ensure that all staff have visibility of their site rota's.
- Conduct recruitment of all new staff on site.
- Responsible for keeping the G4S Account Director up to date with the project status updates, current events and incidents on site.
- To maintain operation statistics for monthly meetings.
- Response to all emergency calls and full ERT participation.
- Provide Emergency First Aid when required.
- Issue all access and control cards, with the relevant documentation to be completed.
