Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Operations Assistant to join our Technical Servicing Team. This exciting role will give you a great opportunity to work on several upcoming film titles as well as with various other departments across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the creation of physical media (UHD, Blu-ray and DVD) for a selection of titles
- Coordinate the process of collecting artwork for disc menus from the Marketing Team
- Verify with the Legal Team if music is cleared for use on the disc menus
- Coordinate with the team to ensure all titles have been submitted to the British Board of Film Classification and Irish Film Classification Office
- Maintain several databases including the Extras and the Marketing Title Tracker Smartsheets
- Track and distribute all technical information to various teams across the company for each disc created
- Create Bill of Materials for each title and ensure that they are shared with the Marketing Team
- Liaise and update necessary people when disc masters are being uploaded
- Complete all disc master approval paperwork
- Support the Technical Servicing Team with any ad-hoc tasks required
- Contribute towards one of the D&I Groups within the company to ensure inclusion across the business and contribute to the company’s ethos and values
