ROLE OUTLINE
What we’re looking for you ask? The short version: someone with the right attitude. You’ll have overall responsibility and accountability for one or more business venues within Escape Hunt. That means you’d be responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes, facility management, scorecard metrics and anything else that would make our business thrive.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however, we are looking for someone with bags of potential, looking to develop their skills, is a keen learner and looking for a career rather than a job.
We believe you can only do that if:
- you are a good communicator – you are clear in your instructions and fair in your assessments
- you are organised – you have a good handle on time management and prioritisation
- you put the ‘u’ in fun – be the boss that everyone wants to have around
We believe this is how you do it:
- Lead, monitor and manage a high performing team – recruit well, train better and constantly coach your team in achieving their potential
- New Business Development – make sure people keep coming through the door!
- Deliver an immersive and engaging world class hospitality experience – ensure everyone coming through the door feels like a guest rather than a customer on a conveyor belt
- Manage all aspects of maintenance and health and safety – memorable experiences need to be delivered safely
We reward that with:
- Flexible working schedule
- Friends and Family discounts within both our brands as well as other partners
- Matched pension contributions
- 28 days on Annual Leave (inclusive of bank holidays) and an additional day off for your birthday
- Training courses needed for your role (e.g. first aid, personal licence, etc)
- Ongoing support from the Operation Managers and Head of Operations alongside your colleagues
- An exciting job – no 2 days are the same
- A fun bunch of people you’ll call your colleagues
- £25,000 - £28,000 per year/pro rata
If you read all the above, then you should apply with a CV and cover letter. These opportunities don’t come often, so don’t ponder on it too much.
