Job Description
12 month FTC
With close alignment to external partners and the HR team you will support the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system within Wood Mackenzie – an exciting and transformative programme for our business. As part of the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for data cleansing and migration activities related to all HR data currently held in legacy platforms and its subsequent transfer into the new platform.
Main Responsibilities

Support data collation and entry for new HCM implementation

Run data integrity checks and manage data quality

Maintain procedures for effective data management

Adhere to rules and procedures for data sharing

Report any data issues or data management improvements

Custodian of data integrity under dual data entry window
About You

Experience in data entry roles

Demonstrates attention to detail and passion for data quality

Good Excel skills with ability to query and analyse data

A keen interest and passion for learning new systems and technologies

Able to manage the priority of workload

Strong communication skills

Able to work collaboratively as part of a local and global HR team

Extra points for previous knowledge of Modern cloud based HCMs

We are a hybrid working company and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, but this may be subject to change in the future.

While this is expected to be a full-time role, part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered. Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
