We are seeking to hire an experienced IT Functional Product Engineering leader who thrives in a complex, growing global organization, is motivated to drive business impact through innovative digital products and is known for attracting and developing strong engineering teams.
You will partner closely with the leaders of our respective business functions (Consulting People team, MDP People Team, BST People Team, Recruiting, Marketing, Client Team, Legal, and IT) and their respective agile product group leads to align digital strategies and deliver our quarterly digital outcomes. Some of your top priorities will include co-leading defining our functional GenAI efforts, co-leading our digital recruiting initiative, optimizing our lead-to-cash solution (ClientView), rethinking our approach to our Consulting performance management solution, and implementing your share of our Cloud transformation initiative.
You will lead the ~275 IT resources associated with 6 agile product portfolio teams. The 6 teams include HR (Consulting and BST related), Partner Services, Marketing, Client Team, Legal, and IT/Business Platforms. In addition, you will own co-leading our Recruiting digital transformation initiative as well as M&A integrations when necessary. You are seen as a strong people leader responsible for your team’s growth, upskilling our technical teams, and ongoing technical advancement.
You will be a key member of our IT Leadership team and work closely with your peers to deliver on our new 3-year digital strategy that will accelerate our ability to deliver meaningful and innovative outcomes to BCG.

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in supporting functional areas in HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal and IT driving leading edge technical products and delivery excellence leveraging agile ways of working and modern secure engineering practices. Key areas include:
Strong understanding of business processes and systems, coupled with deep technical knowledge in functionally-aligned SaaS solutions: Workday, Saba, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Marketo, PowerBI, iCIMS, EightFold along with several custom-built solutions.
Experience driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a complex global environment.
Expertise with modern engineering cloud-based practices including CI/CD tools, APIs and native cloud development tools.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence technology vision/decisions at senior stakeholder level and across a global organization.
Demonstrated ability to work/manage both Engineering and broader IT teams (direct/indirect) across a global IT organization.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
You will work and collaborate with the Global CIO, Functional Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs), Functionally aligned Tribe Leaders, Global IT Leadership Team, Digital Product Owners and Engineers, and Enterprise Architecture as well the broader IT organization to drive, design and influence our digital transformation journey.
