Job Description
- As a Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for selling financial products and services, dealing with letters and parcels, paying out pensions and benefits, accepting bill payments, dealing with vehicle registrations, checking passports and driving licence applications and selling travel insurance and foreign currency. You'll also deal with banking, Moneygram, pay station and lottery.
- Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic person with strong communication skills who can work under pressure while delivering high-quality customer service and who got post office experience.
- This role will also need to be flexible to cover staff holidays and will be responsible for transactions carried out and balancing stock.
- This role is strictly for candidates who have experience in the Post office. Please do not apply if you have no experience.
