Are you motivated, organised and keen for development?
Are you seeking an exciting new step that allows you to further your career into leadership and management?
Yes? Then this is the role for you.
We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join us as a Senior/Head Vet to lead and mentor the vet team. You will be a key member of the management team and have the opportunity to work closely with the Practice Principal to contribute to the management, organisational and financial performance of the practice. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of shaping the future for this RCVS accredited practice in collaboration with the experienced leadership team (previous leadership experience is desirable, but not essential as support will be provided).
We would welcome both full and part time applicants. Typically, the full-time role is working 40 hours Monday to Friday between 8am-7:30pm, with Saturday availability (average of 1:3) 9am-12pm on a rota basis (you gain time off in lieu for working Saturdays). Our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves.
