A Customer Review Advisor, who is inquisitive, analytical, logical and has a keen eye for detail.
Our specialised customer review team is responsible for reviewing customer accounts and identifying high risk behaviours.
You will be an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for accuracy, efficiency and evaluation.
You will recognise key factors and changes and demonstrate a strategic way of thinking whilst escalating your findings accordingly.
You will review customers that generate an alert via one of our risk monitoring systems and have the opportunity to write and present your findings in a report format.
You will work any five days from seven between the hours of 09:00 and 20:00. Following the successful completion of training, you will have the option to work three days from home, and two days in office under our hybrid working policy.

Previous experience in an analytical role is desirable, however to support you a comprehensive training plan is provided.
