StatsBomb was founded in January 2017 to provide data, analytics and consultancy to football teams, media and gambling companies, and has grown into a global multi-sports data and analytics SAAS provider.

About The Role
Our Contracts Administrator will contribute to our growth by managing the Sales contracts pipeline and workflow through our Sales and CRM platform, Salesforce.
We have a 200 strong customer base using our Soccer products, and in 2023, will ramp up our efforts to bring on new American Football customers (both college and NFL teams)
The Customer Operations team is looking for paternity cover to support our customer contracts operation for 6-9 months. The role will take on admin responsibilities supporting our Head of Customer Operations and the contracts workflow. The role will have day to day interaction with our Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure contract, marketing and billing terms are clear and correct, and support for a smooth handover and onboarding of new customers, as well as coordinating the renewals contracts, contributing to two major customer renewal periods each year.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Customer Operations with drafting and coordination of Sales contracts for review and signature
- Manage the contracts pipeline and ensure smooth delivery, with consideration of priority customers
- Data entry and Salesforce opportunity management, such as updating service level agreement and billing terms per customer requirements and managing contacts database for efficient handover and onboarding for activated contracts
- Review incoming contract queries and redlines, coordinating approvals with internal and external stakeholders
Your Technical Skills
Essential:
- Comfortable dealing with legal documents and knowledge of legal terminology and requirements
- Time management and strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM and Docusign platforms
- Ability to solve problems on your own as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and rectify errors and inconsistencies
- Customer oriented and focused
- Strong administrative skills
Desirable:
- Understanding of Football / Soccer, both generally and using data
- Background or knowledge of GDPR law
Your Background
- Experience working in regular contact with a legal department.
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- A strong attention to detail, be highly organized with a passion for accuracy
- A strong communicator, fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize effectively to manage an array of requests
- Experience working in a SAAS based industry
- Proven ability to excel in a fast paced environment
For this role we are looking for someone who can visit our office in Bath at least twice a month. Start date is the 1st August 2023.
