Job Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, the Senior Book Keeper is the key person for reviewing all data input onto the Ledgers of all 3 Entities, along with keeping all Balance Sheet reconciliations up to date and dealing with External Reporting to HMRC / Banks etc. Attention to detail is really key due to the complexity of our Purchasing and Sales process.
Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills
To be considered for the role you should have an experience of working in a busy SME, be used to working alone and managing your day accordingly. You should be personable, good communicator and show an eagerness to learn and develop.
Part Qualified, or QBE required
Specific Responsibilities & Tasks:
· Reviewing the P&L and Balance Sheet for trends and againt Budget
· Key Balance Sheet reconciliations
· Reviewing and inputting into the Budget
· Ensure all intercompany reporting is up to date and correctly booked on all Ledgers
· Invoice Financing reconciliations to the Bank each month
· Ensuring all FX revaluations are done correctly
· Reviewing for any unusual GM postings
· All Group reporting into the Directors, and reviewing the reporting templates
Adhoc
· We are a small office and being flexible in your role, and a willingness to support any function and do any task is key
· Support the Hong Kong based sales function when required
Mandatory technical skills
All Microsoft office products, and to be able to present data
Relevant soft skills
Excellent communication with all levels of the Organisation, critical thinking, reporting, and problem-solving, knowing how to deal with different cultures.

Salary: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
