The Role
The Reception team represents the 'face' of the clinic, ensuring patients are dealt with in a professional manner.
The right candidate will:
- Ideally have customer services experience
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to remain calm under pressure.
- Be able to work independently and be able prioritise work.
Duties
The Administrative Assistant will:
- Be amongst the first point of contact for patients.
- Meet, greet, and direct patients accordingly.
- Respond to patient queries.
- Create, locate, and maintain patient records.
- Provide support to other members of the team.

Harley Street Fertility Clinic (HSFC) was established in 2010 with the aim of providing the best possible clinical care and patient support.

- Remote patient consultations.
- Staff and patients are required to wear face masks at all times.
- Staff testing on a weekly basis.
- Surfaces sanitised daily
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- London W1G 7JY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
