Their team is growing rapidly, and are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join them and help them manage the workforce more effectively.
Job Summary:
As our Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles to deliver good projects.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent for our business
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
Coordinating and delivering effective employee onboarding and orientation programs
Identifying training needs and developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Managing performance evaluation processes and providing guidance and support to managers on performance issues
Providing advice and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
Managing employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and disciplinary processes
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
Providing HR-related reports and data analysis to the management team
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
Salary: paying up to 40k depending on experience.
