We are looking for Room Attendants to join our team.
Situated in the thriving Georgian quarter of Liverpool, we are a privately owned, award winning hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The London Carriage Works. A recent expansion has taken the hotel to 149 bedrooms and suites (Best UK City Hotel – the Sunday Times 2020) extensive luxury spa, and eight first-class private dining, conference and events spaces including a cinema.
This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced and high performing hotel team renowned for their approach and delivery of impeccable service. A passion for customer service is essential to ensure that every guest and visitor receives a personal service that is consistent and in line with Hope Street Hotel's standards.
Main duties & responsibilities
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Clean and maintain the hotel bedrooms with pride set to the company standards taking ownership and keeping caddies, trolleys and cupboards neat and presentable and stocked at all times
- To report any maintenance faults and deal with lost property assisting with guest's queries as required, referring them to the Supervisors and/or Head Housekeeper
- Be a team player and have a team spirit mentality.
- To make sure that Company Policy, H&S and Departmental Objectives are followed and utilize at all times line with Hope Street Hotel's standards
- Assist in training & development of Colleagues as required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.25 per hour
