Matthew Flint, our Site Director at Taunton Deane Motorway Service area on the M5 at Taunton Deane MSA is looking to recruit a Customer Care to join his expanding McDonald’s team.

Your hourly rate will be £10.28 U23 £10.52 over 23 per hour .
Your working hours will be 14-22 Friday & Sunday more hours could be available in the future

What will I have to do?
As a Customer care assistant you will look after our Customer ensuring they have a great experience. Guide our Customers through the ordering process while encouraging them to use the kiosks and table service.
Be able to handle difficult situations/conversations in a confident manner, while maintaining positive customer relations.
We would love you to be able anticipate the customers needs so they don’t have to ask while able to speak knowledgeably and confidently to our customers about the business.
What experience do I need?
Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a Restaurant before, because we will give you everything you could ever need to excel in your job with our amazing training programs while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
