FILS works with international training providers, colleges, universities and professional firms in over 65 countries through a global network of strategic educational partnerships partnerships.
We supply our growing network with professional online accountancy training solutions, online courses and content that allow them to transition their professional qualification training online, streamline their business and expand their domestic and international reach through online learning.
As professional accountancy training and the associated examinations move increasingly online, FILS is operating in a fast-growing and dynamic sector and in a growing number of established and emerging international markets.
Job description
Reporting to the MD, the Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing partners, while at the same time growing our international client base.
Working directly with existing and new clients, you will assist in ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery of customer solutions, service and support. The Sales & Account Manager will also be expected to contribute towards and implement international sales, marketing and strategy plans to support the FILS network, working with both internal depts, clients and professional bodies.
In addition to close cooperation with our client network, FILS works in collaboration with the professional accounting bodies on international market development and growth and educational initiatives and the Sales & Account Manager will be expected to forge relationships with all professional institute stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be IT literate and familiar with the professional/higher education sectors, specifically professional accountancy training. We’re looking for a strong self-starter who can quickly take ownership of the role, who’s happy to take on varied tasks indicative of a start-up. FILS are a young but fast growing company seeking a dynamic individual to join the team and at an exciting time for educational online learning.
It is anticipated for the successful candidate there will be the option to move FT within 6-9 months.
Principle responsibilities
- Managing and growing existing international client accounts
- Managing day-to-day client enquiries, student enrolments and providing learning platform support
- New business/account generation
- Coordinating monthly calls/meetings with key clients
- Running monthly client reports
- Managing quarterly/monthly invoicing
Preferred Skills
- Experience with online learning systems/content platforms, ideally as provider/publisher of.
- Experience of working with databases, spreadsheets and analytical reports
- Knowledge of the education sector, ideally professional
- Commercial experience, preferably in the education sector
- Experience of managing and growing a client base
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects from a diverse client bas
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
