Customer Support - Mobilisation Coordinator
About the role
Do you enjoy delivering projects and working closely with customers?
Would you like to change what’s possible for clinicians and patients in mental healthcare?
We are looking for a highly organised and customer oriented individual to join our customer support team. You will have particular responsibility for coordinating system implementation and dataset related projects with new and existing clients, who are mainly providers of mental healthcare. You will also be an integral part of our wider customer support team - there will be opportunities to get involved in every aspect of customer support from sales to onboarding and beyond, depending on the changing needs of the business and your areas of interest and strength.
Customer Support - Mobilisation Coordinator - Key responsibilities:
- Setting up new customers with our software, and coordinating software and data change projects as required
- Creating and maintaining project documentation and following go-live processes
- Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating inputs and ensuring timescales and milestones are met
- Testing new live sites before putting it in the hands of new customers, and ensuring the customer understands the process
- Go live day support
- Ensuring contractual and governance requirements are met
- Contributing to a range of other customer focused activities as appropriate as part of our overall customer support team
Customer Support - Mobilisation Coordinator - You will have:
- Exceptional organisational skills, including some experience in project delivery related work. Full training in our software and systems will be provided.
- A drive to delight customers whilst managing sometimes competing demands and expectations.
- An enjoyment of and aptitude for problem solving.
- Confidence and flexibility when negotiating commitments and changes.
- Tenacity for seeing tasks completed and outcomes met.
- The ability to work independently and manage yourself and your workload effectively, whilst relishing the opportunity to collaborate with others.

Hours and Location
The position is for a full time member of our team, 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday.

The role involves occasional travel. Our clients are based all over the country and from time to time you may be expected to visit them.
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship by Mayden for a skilled worker visa. We are therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who would require an employer to sponsor them for a work permit.
