Pearson Carter are currently working with a City Council looking for their newest Data Architect to take the lead in assisting the organisation to improve the value derived from information and data.
The ideal candidate will be a low level architect looking to continue their architectural career or a Senior Data Engineer looking to make their next step up.
The role is a fully remote role, asking for 1 day in the office a month

Responsibilities:

Managing and analysing data across combined sources to draw insights
- Building upon cloud data warehousing, data lake and analytics solutions, work with external partners to develop and embed overall data platform architecture further
- Support analysts around the council to make use of the capability
Experience:
-
Experience in using data analytics solutions to provide outputs that support business decision making (Power BI, Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics)
- You will possess a solid architectural understanding of modern cloud-based data management and analytics solutions.
- You must have strong communication skills
Salary
They offer an excellent salary: £50,539 – £54,957, as it is a City Council band structure, a massive pension, private healthcare and more!
Location
This client is based in South West England, looking for 1 day a month in the office but otherwise fully remote.
