What we are looking for

You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment

Available to work weekends and bank holidays
You’ll be working out on the front-line within the attraction, welcoming, greeting, interacting with, and helping our guests at every opportunity, ensuring they get the absolute most from their visit.
Working within the Guest Experience department you’ll be working with school visits, self-guided tours, workshops for schools, or even giving daily creature presentations. You may also find yourself dressing up in costume or assisting the site displays team with animal feeds.
Whatever the role, you will find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction, ensuring our guests have an intimate Ocean experience.
This is a seasonal position, contracted until November 2023. Flexibility is essential as availability of work will vary throughout the season.
