The Michael Caines Collection Apprenticeship is a unique opportunity designed to develop emerging talent for the hospitality industry. The programme is broken down into stages and cover the following departments;Kitchen, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Front office.
Gain insight into how a michelin starred kitchen really works, develop your passion for communicating with guests and colleagues and learn what it really takes to create an exceptional stay for our guests from start to finish. Learn why attention to detail is so important for our housekeeping department, spend time with our baristas perfecting your hot beverage skills and find out how to make the perfect cocktail.
Preparation of all food types and finishing methods
Understand cooking methods for sauces, stocks and soups
Understand basic costing and yield of dishes and the meaning of gross profit
Deliver excellent customer service and learn the variety of beverages and their basic characteristics
Learn a variety of technology packages commonly used in the industry
Learn how to clean and maintain public areas and bedrooms
Gain valuable knowledge into business procedures for delivering reception operations
Hours: 40.00 per week

Offering a training programme filled with learning opportunities across the Michael Caines Collection, which includes Lympstone Manor, Mickeys Beach Bar and Restaurant, Cafe Patisserie Glacerie and Central production kitchen.
