Our organisation is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills and be able to multitask effectively. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organise travel arrangements for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Provide general administrative support.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
