The Role
Your role as Bar/Restaurant Duty Manager will be running your own shifts with a small team to supervise while on shift.
You will be very customer focused, ensuring all guests have the best time while they are with us.
Be able to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment.
Ideally, you will have experience in making cocktails, but no stress if not.
About You
You'll have at least 1 year experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector. A knowledge of spirits and cocktails for this role would be a bonus, but not a deal breaker for the right candidate. We want you to be the face of the bar while running your own shift and have fun while you are it.
