£7 (up to 18) - £10.67 (21+)
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide food, hospitality, retail or beverage service to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations and answer questions about the products
- Provide excellent customer service at every contact point to all customers.
- Take payment and keep financial records as required
- Ensure the company’s cash handling procedures are followed
- Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
- Clean and keep tidy back of house areas, crockery and cutlery
- Clean and tidy counter, light equipment following the agreed cleaning rota
- Receive deliveries and check for quality, quantity and ensure it reconciles with the delivery note and store in the correct locations.
- Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work
- Perform daily paper/computer work assigned
- Keeps due diligence records as required
- Complete opening and closing checks
- Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with the company’s health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training as required
- To undertake any reasonable request by your line manager
- Weekend availability not essential
Personal Specification

No previous experience required, but 1-2 years' experience in a food services environment desirable
- Specific jobs may also require barista training
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Works well under supervision and follows instructions
