Job Title: Quality & Food Safety Manager
Location: London, UK
The scope of the role is to ensure the quality and food safety for our entire product and package portfolio across the entire value chain, in the OU (Operating Unit).
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Support Quality and Food Safety (Q&FS) projects across all the countries in the OU with support of OU Quality Safety & Environment (QSE) Director. Address and eliminate all existing and potential Quality and food safety issues in the spirit of continuous improvement.
- The OU QFS manager will closely work with Franchise Technical operations managers to implement QFS strategies and policies to protect and enhance TCCC (The Coca-Cola Company) resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation.
- Develop OU capabilities in scope of quality and food safety for managing new product categories and packaging
- Work with the bottling partners and other OU functions to ensure system capabilities to produce the KO portfolio within the Company quality and food safety requirements, regulatory requirements and consumer expectations
- Support the innovation pipeline development and implementation by identifying the optimal processes and technologies that will deliver the QFS expectations in the most competitive way
- Lead QFS programs for the OU: i.e. Product Integrity Program, Sensory Program, Master mixing instructions process and tool and any other QFS programs required by the technical governance framework or manufacturing practices
- Provide QFS input and direct support as needed to the IMCR and other QFS related risks for their troubleshooting, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAP (Corrective Action Plan).
- Collaborate with the global audit organization to ensure process consistency and continuous improvement

Monitor QFS performance metrics, drive best practice implementation, innovation in the area of QFS and QFS culture with the bottling partners and copackers as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Quality, food safety, occupational health and safety experience in the Food & Beverage industry

Cross-functional communication: Collaborate and coordinate with functions including: OU Technical and Supply chain team, corporate QSE team, Bottling partners, CPS, external parties, key customers (McD’s, Burger King etc.)

Work with internal functions and networks - R&D (research & development), PACS (Public Affairs Communication Sustainability), and other supply chain departments.

Consistently communicate across the OU and TCCS culture with "driving QSE maturity and culture to enable QFS excellence” is possible mindset.
