Portico are currently on the lookout for a Reception Manager for a brand new City based client in the financial services industry.
This Reception Manager position is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for the opportunity to build and manage a medium size front of house team.
This role will be fully operational, starting with the full mobilisation of a brand-new Portico contract, within brand new client offices. Everything will need to be put in place so it's a great opportunity for someone to build something and be a part of the project from the very beginning. As visitors and staff begin to join the office you will lead a team of around 8 who will act as ambassadors for Portico and our client, meeting and greeting visitor and managing the meeting rooms on site.
The role will also involve travel to the clients offices in Surrey.
Hours: 40 hours per week from Mon-Fri
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Previous experience within a supervisory role is essential and the right candidate will have worked within a corporate customer service or reception role in the past. Personality is key within this role and the ability to quickly build strong working relationships and rapport is an absolute must. We are looking for someone bubbly, chatty, great sense of humour yet able to deliver an impeccably professional service to our clients. Experience of using Condeco will be a massive advantage.
