Admin & Facilities Assistant
Woking
The Role:
We have an exciting position available within our Admin & Facilities Team based at our Office in Woking.
This role will involve working as front of house, meeting and greeting clients, looking after the meetings rooms, providing refreshments, ordering lunch, keeping on top of and ordering office supplies. You will be responsible for tracking Deeds coming in and going out of archive. There will be other ad hoc duties.
Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator and will have a desire to provide the best level of service to our clients.
This role reports into our Head of Office & Facilities and full training will be given. You will have a keen eye for detail and will be methodical & organised in your approach.
